The DRV is patterned after the V Bottom boards of 1968…. We were after more maneuverability and good down the line speed back in the day. You get that with the DRV but with foil and design changes for edge control. This board paddles easy and catches waves easy, At the same time will hold your line and make direction moves just like we wanted back in the day.
